Adobo sa Dilaw

Adobo is probably the most popular cooking style in the Philippines. Taal’s very own Adobo sa Dilaw is unique even compared to the other provinces in Batangas. The difference is that the pork is cooked with turmeric. After marinating the meat in soy sauce and calamansi, the pork is cooked with turmeric, giving it a delicious yellow curry twist.
