Doña Conchita graduated as valedictorian from the Taal Elementary School, the University of the Philippines, and the Centro Escobar University. Later, she founded the Calaca Academy, the Mabini Junior College, and the Nasugbu Institute. She served as President to Calaca Academy, the Mabini Junior College, Puericulture Center of Taal, and the Civic League. As a religious person, she also served as Vice President of the Catholic Woman’s League. Lualhati was also Vice President of the Alumni Association of Taal Elementary School and member of the board at Rizal College, where she was previously directress and dean.
